Persistence pays off

We love it when the girls want to develop their skills in various fields: music, dancing, creativity, sports, cooking, etc. We always try to support them in this. The ‘mothers’ enjoy passing on their own knowledge and skills, but just playing with duplo/lego also helps the girls to develop their creativity.

One girl really wanted to learn crochet which she had seen the ‘mothers’ do. She simply could not get the hang of it, but she never gave up. With the encouragement of the ‘mothers’ she finally, after five days, knew how to do it. And now she doesn’t want to stop. Wonderful to see this girl carry on and being so happy that she suddenly mastered it.
